Just a few meters from the sea, this apartment with a terrace and natural light entrance in Can Picafort is ideal for 7 guests who wish to spend a vacation season with the comfort of their home.



Can Picafort, located in the north of the island of Mallorca, is famous for its fine white sand beaches. With restaurants, bars and markets around the town, there will be no room for tiredness. Not only adults enjoy it, but also the little ones in the house by having parks along the promenade, as well as the attractions of the water park a few kilometers away in the Port of Alcudia.



The apartment features a terrace at the main entrance, and views of one of the quietest streets in the town, where you can enjoy a family evening, having an exquisite dinner with fresh seafood products and a glass of sparkling wine. Behind the glass and wooden door is the living room with a comfortable sofa, satellite TV and Wifi. The spacious and beautiful dining room next to the open kitchen, where you can prepare delicious dishes to share with family, is equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher and much more. A door in the dining room gives access to stairs leading to the solarium where you will not only enjoy the sun and sea breeze sitting in the garden furniture, but where you can prepare a delicious barbecue. Inside, after climbing a few steps, you will find 4 bedrooms, the first with a double bed and wardrobe. Two bedrooms with 2 single beds each, and the fourth with 1 single bed. A bathroom with a bathtub next to the bedrooms and a toilet complete the facilities. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, and an air conditioning unit. A crib and a high chair are also provided.



Keep in mind:



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival through a Visa / MasterCard card with a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.



Important: As required by law, we need to request copies of ID cards or passports from all guests over 14 years old. This information is sent by email.



No parties / events are accepted.



The deposit of 300 EUR will be retained through a credit card and the customer will have to provide their details through a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after checkout.
