Studio equipped with STARLINK and a UPS battery backup system!
Very cozy studio 5 blocks to the beach with kitchenet. AC, Hot water, private and secure. Close to all the action in La Punta

This is a one room unit with a toilet and shower combo, double bed, fridge, microwave oven, blender, hammock, desk/table, kitchenet with alot of stuff to cook.

I am always available to talk or handle issues that come up.

Located just a few minute walk from the beach and a variety of restaurants.

Easy to catch a cab or a colectivo to your desired destination.
If you are booking for more than one week, a weekly cleaning is required by my cleaner for a fee of $400 pesos.

If you use the AC please set to minimum 26 degrees.

Close windows and doors if AC is on.

TURN OFF AC when you leave.

Absolutely no smoking inside the apartment.


Don’t move furniture around the apartment (ruins the floors!

No loud music after 10pm.
