Bon emplacement de la villa pour visiter la Balagne. Fonctionnelle, bien équipée et spacieuse pour 2 familles. Terrasses agréables surtout en fin de journée car très ensoleillées en journée ;)

Belle situation pour rayonner mer et montagne

Belle maison, bien conçue et bien tenue, un accueil chaleureux, qui nous a aidé en cas de besoin. Une terrasse agréable. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, profitant de la mer et de la montagne. Bonne saison pour éviter la foule. Nous nous sommes baignés et avons trouvé plein de superbes randonnées ou visites. À noter : Le réseau internet passe assez mal dans cette région. Nous conseillons !

Nous avons passé deux semaines merveilleuses en famille début août. Nous étions 5 adultes et 2 enfants. La maison est conforme au descriptif ce qui est très agréable et évite les mauvaises surprises à l'arrivée. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et la ponctualité de Marie-Rose et la réactivité des propriétaires. Nous conseillons vivement cette maison pour passer d'excellentes vacances. Un très bonne expérience

Nous (5 adultes) avons passé 2 semaines dans cette maison et avons été enchantés par notre séjour. La maison est spacieuse, confortable et bien agencée avec trois belles chambres, l’une au rez-de-chaussée possédant sa propre salle de bain et deux autres à l’étage avec une seconde salle de bain. Bien pratique quand la famille est nombreuse… Les chambres et le séjour sont climatisés, ce qui est vraiment appréciable et garant de bonnes nuits de sommeil en été ! Les vues panoramiques sur le lac de Codole et la montagne depuis les chambres et la terrasse de la maison sont époustouflantes…on ne s'en lasse pas... Et quel calme, juste troublé de temps en temps par le cri d’un milan (splendide rapace typique de la région) lorsqu'il survole le secteur... Pour ceux qui ne le connaissent pas, le village de Santa Reparata est un bon point de chute. On est à la campagne, mais en restant proche de l'Ile Rousse, des plages qui sont facilement accessibles en évitant la circulation en saison, et les amateurs de promenade y trouveront leur bonheur avec des sentiers bien balisés permettant de découvrir cette belle région de la Balagne. Enfin le village propose plusieurs commerces et restaurants. Bref nous y retournerons avec plaisir ! A bons entendeurs.

siamo stati molto bene, tutto conforme alla descrizione, ottima posizione sulle alture non lontano dalle spiagge più belle, ovviamente raggiungibili in auto. la casa è molto bella, arredata con gusto, pulita. sicuramente da consigliare.

Tres belle location

Maison spacieuse propre bien agencée avec tout le confort nécessaire et très agréable avec un très bon accueil. De la terrasse belle vue sur le lac et les montagnes : magnifique et surtout très calme car c'est ce que nous recherchions. Gardons vos coordonnées pour d'éventuelles vacances en Balagne.

sejour corse

super semaine marie rose qui nous accueille avec un super sourire,rien a redire tout etait comme sur le descriptif.peut etre juste ajouter que l acces est en forte pente mais heureusement betonnee.le village se trouve sur les hauteurs de l ILE ROUSSE.nous etions tombes en panne de gaz grace à MARIE ROSE le probleme c est resolu de suite efficacite et gentillesse merci.
