Welcome to 30A Beach Cottage! This brand new 2024 coastal townhome features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, thoughtfully designed with neutral coastal décor for a serene retreat. Sleeping 7, the home offers a master en-suite with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a fun bunk room with a full bed, twin bed, and desk. Each room includes its own TV, with a 74-inch TV in the Great Room for perfect movie nights.

Gather around the dining table with seating for 6 and 4 more at the kitchen island, ideal for family meals. Step outside to enjoy the smart outdoor grill and relax in the classic Adirondack chairs with a table, perfect for lounging outdoor!
For beach days, we’ve provided 6 beach chairs, a wagon, an umbrella, and sand toys. Plus, your furry friends are welcome (small fee applies). The home also includes a large washer and dryer, along with a well-stocked pantry for your convenience.
