The house is absolutely stunning. The neighborhood is very quaint. The neighborhood pool is really nice. The house is .9 miles from the beach. However, it is a short walk to the tram station. The tram is really cute and convenient. There are also shops across from the tram station. The house is definitely worth the . We were allowed to check-in early because it was available and that was awesome. If you enter the beach on the lake side, you can also rent chairs and an umbrella/table for the day from a local company. Their station was off to the right at the end of the boardwalk. The only issue we had is that the listing featured a golf cart when we booked. However, when we inquired as to the location of the golf cart upon arrival we were informed by the property management company that it was no longer included. Funvacay is the property management company and it took several back and forth correspondences to get them to finally honor the original listing - we had pictures of our VRBO confirmation with the golf cart in the listing title and in photos. That was very frustrating. They ultimately rented us a cart/licensed street side by side. That was fun to run around in at night. Parking at or near the beach is just about impossible- so use the tram. That was perfect. You can park a car/cart there for 15 a day and go back and forth to the house in between trips down to the water or dinner. You can also ride the bike there and lock them
