- Right off the Point Washington Forest Eastern Lake Trailhead. This trail runs right along the house and leads you to Greenway Station for shopping or a relaxing walk in the woods.
- One Seagrove Beach Access point - 7 min walk, (.3 miles away)
- Santa Clara Regional Beach Access point - 2 min walk or 4 min drive (1 mile away)

- Around the corner from local favorites, Café ThirtyA and Angelina's. Must check out: Old Florida Fish House (come at twilight hour for the best ambiance!) and Seagrove Village Market.

☀️Step Inside~
- Located above the garage, walk around to the back of the garage and up the stairs to enter the home.
- Walk straight up into the balcony overlooking Point Washington Forest. Enjoy the view in the outdoor seating area.
- Step inside the open concept living space with high vaulted ceilings and plenty of seating to enjoy cozy nights in. BONUS, the couch pulls out into a queen sofa bed!
- The fully equipped kitchen features a gas range, Big Chill refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Enjoy our complimentary coffee with the added coffee bar.
- The King bedroom features high vaulted ceilings, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite with a walk-in shower

- We provide a starter kit of everything you'll need to kick off your stay: paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry pods, and more.

- Premium full-size bath products in every bathroom/kitchen – We provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand soap.
- Complimentary Beach Gear: Beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler are located under the stairs.

✏️Other Things to Note~
- Parking for one car is located on the far-right side of the driveway.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities that offer long-term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
