You will enjoy cooking and entertaining in the open kitchen and dining room complete with a coffee cart. Kick back and watch TV in the living room. The master suite offers a king bed, walk-in closet, and bathroom with jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third offers twin over full bunk bed with an additional twin trundle. Enjoy the private and lush backyard, covered porch, back patio, grill, and firepit.
There is ample parking to bring your boat. Cessna Landing is a county park located less than a half mile from the house where you can you launch your boat to head out to the Choctawatchee Bay. The park has docks, sheltered picnic areas, a basketball and squash court, and a playground.
