Sun time

Clean, nice townhouse but also some drawbacks. Bed in master bedroom was extremely creaky and lopsided, not comfortable. Communication could be better. No information on minor details like, salt, pepper or coffee filters needed. Also, codes in communication did not include # or other symbols needed for entry. Received text notifications on garbage take out day but they had the wrong day! The main pool is always jammed packed, you need to reserve your spot before 9am! Second pool is unheated and had more seats early in the day. The beach access was a big pain and distance to Dune Lake access is almost a mile not half a mile as advertised. Deer Lake closes when at capacity, so plan a beach trip early or be disappointed like us! They really should have shuttles to beaches during spring break season. Nice to have close access to the Big Chill but crossing 30a can be tricky and even dangerous because some people don’t stop to let you cross even if the signals are flashing. A real stoplight is needed here before tragedy happens.
