On the upper ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and sleeping area furnished with 1 double sofabed and a dining table, from which you can access a large balcony of 27 m2 offering views of the sea. This floor also includes 1 room with 1 double bed, an open kitchen equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a shower and WC.

On the lower ground floor, accessible via the exterior staircase, there is 1 additional room with 2 beds and a private shower and WC.
