Estadia boa!
A hospedagem é muito bem localizada, nos arredores achávamos tudo que precisamos.. Mercado, farmácia, restaurante.. Conseguíamos fazer tudo andando! Além de ser totalmente equipado em relação a utensílios, dava para cozinharmos tranquilamente. O proprietário é bem atencioso e solicito! Em relação aos pontos negativos, podemos destacar a limpeza do quarto; no dia que chegamos, olhei embaixo da cama e estava cheio de poeira/sujeira e por o apto ser no térreo, sofríamos com os barulhos dos outros hóspedes descendo a escada, conversando na porta, ligando a luz da entrada.. No mais, valeu pelo custo/beneficio!

Otimo custo beneficio!
Exatamente como nas fotos, nos serviu muito bem. O locatário é muito acessível e prestativo. A localização é excelente, poucos minutos a pé do metro e patio bela vista. No último dia descobri que tem até uma pista de patinacao no gelo na praca da frente!
