The shuttle drive was easy to locate, pleasant and friendly. I arrived off early 6 am flight, I was dissatisfied that although my room was ready, I had to pay 40 dollars to access it before noon. Also hotel site says 24 hr check in? So why charge more? That's not ethical, same when my onward flight departed midnight, extra 40 dollars for late check out, but hotel did not have any incoming booking. Staff very helpful. But not told of local riots in adjacent streets. Other hotels advised guests to be careful. Riots were 1 block away.

Great downtown location in quiet space. Convenient to transportation, sights and restaurants. Beds comfortable but couches not. Bathrooms poorly lit with many non-working hairdryers. Amazing room, location and staff at Casanoble. We had a wonderful stay - the room and experience was all excellent and top notch. Would recommend strongly to anyone looking to really explore Santiago. Beyond the great accommodations - the location is SUPERB. You are walking distance from Bella Vista, Bella Listario neighbourhoods along with Central for more of the classic. Tons to do nearby as well.
