It was great! My husband and I stayed there for about a week to visit our son. It was in a great neighborhood with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. It was walking distance to the subway and to the St. Lucia Hill. Our room was facing the street and it was noisy but when we closed the window, we did not hear anything. The breakfast was also amazing! The staff were very nice and helpful. We got there very early in the morning but were able to check-in around 10 am which was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.

The area around the hotel was beautiful! It was within walking distance of tourist attractions, the Hop on Hop off bus, restaurants, stores, a fair money exchange bank, and more. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and their directions to every place I asked to go were spot on! I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

This property is very convenient in the city centre. Very nice hotel close to many great restaurants both sit down and fast grabs. walkable to sights in the city centre, Santa Lucia Hill, and some trendy neighborhoods. Staff especiallyDaniel, Axel and Alexander were extremeyhelpful. Axel walked me to the ATM, Alexander kept calling my tour guide who was very late and Daniel helped me fix issues when no other staff was available. Dining room staff are very fast and kind. My room was always serviced well. The hotel is in a very busy area with lots of vendors, clubs etc, but inside it was wuiet and peaceful. I recommend.

The rooms were spacious full of amenities. The staff was eager to help and provided great information of what to do around the hotel. The bar and outdoor terrace was quite inviting for a sit down with wine. We were treated to an upgraded room and a complementary wine bottle because of VIP Expedia status. I definitely recommend it.
