Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Totally negative, don’t recommend at all
When I tried to check in, they (apartment staff) said, no key arrived, asked them to contact the owner, his name is Marcos, he said no available in that room, he said “he requested hotels.com to remove listing his rooms a couple of weeks ago but hotels.com did no response, so you could book it”, anyway I couldn’t check in even full paid in advance. I am waiting for my money refund back, not done yet.
Be much careful on this property, I don’t recommend this property at all.
