Mala experiencia, detallo: Recepción: -Mala experiencia con el estacionamiento, ya que señalan hay convenio con un estacionamiento, pero tiene dificultades, porque me señalaron que tiene un valor de $12.000 por uso, ósea si ingreso y salgo debo pagar cada vez, además de pagar en el hotel y luego asistir a otro hotel para desbloquear la tarjeta y poder retirar el auto. Amablemente recomiendan que por $15.000 vaya a un costado donde hay un estacionamiento de muy mala apariencia, que no me dio confianza. Finalmente asistí al estacionamiento Saba Santa Rosa. -Entregan una habitación en el segundo piso con un terrible olor a humedad, hediondo. Debí devolverme a recepción para que me cambiaran de habitación, donde me entregaron otra en el cuarto piso en buenas condiciones. Nochero: Tuve la mala idea de alojarme ahí para asistir al Movistar Arena, por ubicación, pero fue mala idea, hay congestión para donde se vaya, con el inconveniente que cuando llegué pasadas las 00:50 hrs. El portero no estaba ubicado en el mesón y debí esperar afuera, donde se nos abre de muy mala gana. Desayuno: Hay personal que tarda en despejar mesas desocupadas y hay que pedirles para que solo retiren y corran las migas con servilleta, sin mayor pulcritud. No entiendo porque tiene la nota que tiene, si realmente es deficiente. General: mal hotel, mal servicio, falta servicio a la habitación, considerando que es un barrio muy peligroso. No volvería jamás y menos lo recomendaría. Nota muy deficiente.

Cecilia was a great help at the front desk. She made my stay … incredible service. The room was comfortable. The shower was great. It’s in a decent location close to the metro. Good stay for the value paid.

This is a very rough area particularly at night. The cover photo isn’t actually the hotel. It’s a political building 1/2 mile away. The rooms are college dorm style. Just the basics. Mostly students stay here. It would be wise to stay is a safer area in a nicer hotel.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Comfy bed and great shower. Breakfast could have had a few more healthy options but there was ample volume. Would highly recommend. Very good value for money

Recomendo o hotel Novapark

Apesar do hotel ser localizado no centro (digo isso pq todo centro é bem característico e caótico) é extremamente bem cuidado, limpo e seguro, tem muita opção de refeições rápidas para ir a pé e fica muito próximo do parque Santa Lúcia, que é muito bonito e agradável, um oásis em meio a cidade.
