They didn't keep our booking

We booked. We got a confirmation. We drove an hour from the airport, and when I showed up, no one knew about us. No booking held. No answers to any of our calls in the days leading up to our stay to confirm the process for check in. A complete waste of a day and a lot of heartache.

Could not check in!

Proved impossible to check in. I had to telephone; woman spoke no English. Hung up on me. Then wouldn't answer my phone (I had a Spanish speaker ready to translate for me).

Golpe, Não Reservem!!!

Fiz a reserva com 3 dias dias de antecedência, passei os dados do cartão de crédito e recebi a confirmação no meu e-mail. No dia seguinte tentei entrar em contato com único número indicado na reserva para combinarmos sobre o check-in e só dava caixa postal, segui tentando contato e não consegui. Chegando em Santiago me dirigi ao local, que é um flat residencial. Expliquei para o funcionário na portaria sobre a reserva e ele disse que a proprietária não havia deixado chave nem qualquer tipo de informação de chegariam hóspedes. Passei um dia inteiro na recepção desde de manhã até a noite tentando contato com a proprietária e só caixa postal. Conversando com os funcionários do prédio eles me disseram que a proprietária tem 5 aptos no prédio, anuncia em sites de reservas e quase nunca aparece, eles disseram que toda semana tem turistas de várias partes do mundo que ficam esperando na recepção e ela simplesmente não aparece. Ao final do dia, tive que procurar um outro local para ficar, pois fiquei com medo de não ter onde passar a noite. A tal proprietária só respondeu minha mensagens 3 dias depois da data do check-in perguntando por qual site havia reservado e ainda cobrou o valor de uma diária de multa alegando não comparecimento no check-in ???, mas quem não compareceu foi ela. Entrei em contato com a hoteis.com e os mesmos disseram que são apenas intermediadores e que não podem fazer nada. Fica o alerta!!!

Mycket bra hotel i centrum men kaos ändå

Incheckning funkade inte bra. Ingen var där som visste något om vår ankomst. Fick vänta till ett par timmar efter midnatt innan vi kom in. Väl inne var det en fin minilägenhet med kök, kyl, micro och allt annat. Mycket bra säng och Wifi. Vi bodde på tredje våning. På 26:e våning swimmingpool med fantastisk utsikt. Inga problem under en veckas vistelse förutom betalningen. Ingen pratar Engelska så vi fick inte klart för oss hus vis skulle betala. Inte förrän sista kvällen dök en kille upp med en kortläsare. Vi fick betala 5 procent extra då vi inte hade dollar i cash men ändå helt överkomligt med tanke på standard.. Rekommenderas om Ni har starka nerver vid in och utcheckning.

Muy mala experiencia, cuando llegamos nos atendió muy amablemente Sonia, que no tenia nada que ver con la dueña del departamento, diciendonos que estuvo tratando de comunicarse con nosotros, cosa que estabamos viajando en otro pais, y no pudo, era para decirnos que ante un problema de ellos, no tenían mi departamento disponible, luego de mi reserva confirmada. Luego de 3 hs de espera y cansados por el viaje en sí. Nos alojaron en otro departamento que tuvimos que esperar que lo limpiaran. El aire acondicionado no andaba, hacia mucho calor en pleno centro de Santiago, al departamento le daba el sol toda la tarde, era un horno, cuando lo comuniqué, me dijeron que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y que me acercaba al otro dia a la mañana, estando nosotros o no, un ventilador, otra cosa pedi la clave de wifi, me pasaron una que no existia, estaba quemadas las luces de la cocina, no se veia nada. Uno del los veladores quemada la bombita de luz y no habia posibilidad de cambiar ninguna porque eran todas distintas. Resumiendo: no pude leer en las noches, tuvimos mucho calor con el sol todas las tardes, el ventilador nunca lo trajeron y no veiamos nada para cocinar y nunca tuve wifi, así que no pude trabajar en el departamento, así que pagamos lo que correspondía para un servicio bueno y no lo fue. Si todo hubiese estado correctamente, es para recomendar. La atención de Sonia muy buena, se preocupo por nosotros, pero realmente los responsables, no dieron la cara para nada.
