We had very high expectations for Katikies Oia but unfortunately this resort fell short. From a 5 star resort you would expect immaculate rooms and service but both of these were underwhelming. The rooms felt dated and had several maintenance issues such as leaking air conditioning and broken lights in the hot tub. Turn down service was inconsistent, you had to constantly ask for it. The service at the pools were practically nonexistent. You couldn’t order a drink without waiting over an hour. The best thing this property has going for it are the location and stunning views. I would not return.

This property was top notch. We really enjoyed the ambiance and the elegance this hotel had. It is very walkable to all places in town, Oia. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I’m gluten free and they had plenty of options. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. They also organized our rides to and from the airport and port. I would recommend this spot! We stayed in the most affordable room option and it was still spectacular with killer views. We will be back. I did a ton of research on which hotel to go to, and this one did not disappoint!

I wish they gave free upgrade as they were a VIP property. Front staff seems confused when I mentioned it. The room I got had power on and off a few times. Apart from that the stay was very nice. Staff were very accommodating and nice.

This is a great hotel in a breath-taking setting. However there are lots and lots of steps with no handrails. There are elevators but they don’t go near the rooms. Outstanding property with excellent staff and amazing food. We had the best time staying here. The views from the rooms and the pool/bar areas are simply stunning. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with an open outdoor spaces to soak in the beauty of Santorini and the Caldera. The included breakfast and the service was the best way to start your day. Can’t wait to come back here again soon!
