O local é interessante, de fácil localização e preço atrativo. Porém deixou a desejar em infraestrutura, havia acabamento do banheiro caindo, buchas e parafusos saindo da parede, não havia nenhuma mesa e cadeira como nas fotos e a limpeza da parte da cozinha e chão não estava muito boa.
