Sistema de atendimento rígido, inflexível. Canal de WhatsApp lento e cansativo. Sistema impositivo, robótico chegando a ser constrngedor. Pouco adianta solicitar algo diferente pois dificilmente será atendido. As instalações são boas, os serviços ruins.

Conforto muito ruim do quarto

Fiquei num quarto TERRÍVEL n. 201. A cama de casal era duas de solteiro juntas com MAIS DE UM PALMO DE DESNÍVEL, extremamente desconfortável. O banheiro estava sempre com um mau cheiro. Não tem filtro de água e só tinha pilha no controle da TV, tendo que tirar pra ligar o ar e vice-versa. Se corrigirem teria sido excelente tudo, mas justamente no conforto é desastroso.
