Place is a beautiful building but Charlie leaves to be desired. The AC unit always breaks and they do take 1-2 days to send someone. Also linen is not 100% has brown spots and beds are not comfortable.

CHARLIE is an OK service, they don't answer phone calls. I had two emergencies and they took days to fix AC and move apartments. They need a better service.

Expedia says it's a hotel, but it's not! I felt cheated! For a long stay it's not worth it because you don't get room service, that is, there's no towel change, cleaning or replacement of toiletries. And if you have a problem, you don't get face-to-face service, the building staff are completely unbiased and most of them are rude. I spent an entire (very hot) night without air conditioning and they gave me 48 hours to fix it, and they only moved me to a different room because I said I was going to cancel my 14-day stay. I recommend it , maybe, for one or two nights, but not longer than that.

The apartments were nice but unfortunately their listing on Expedia.com is messed up. Stayed several weeks but were forced to move because the listing and pics made me rebook the wrong room. Very disturbing that I couldn’t just stay where I was. They were not very nice about this either. I won’t be back.

This property forced us to change rooms insisting that despite me using the same link and photos on Expedia.com that they could not extend our stay. Had to pack up and move to another room. They need to fix their Expedia pages. It took nearly two hours on WhatsApp with them to get access to the new room to not be out on the street.

Estadia excelente. O apartamento é super confortável e ideal para uma hospedagem de 3 dias em São Paulo para um casal. Conta com todos os utensílios domésticos necessários, Wi-Fi estável durante toda a estadia e televisão com antena e fácil acesso aos serviços de streaming do hóspede. A área aberta oferece uma vista ampla e bonita do bairro, com poucas interferências de prédios ao redor, tornando o ambiente ainda mais agradável. O prédio está em uma localização de fácil acesso, possui portaria 24h e um ótimo sistema de segurança. A entrada conta com cadastro e leitura facial para as portas principais e o apartamento utiliza fechadura eletrônica por senha, tudo funcionando perfeitamente e sem qualquer dificuldade no uso. O edifício também dispõe de um mini mercado para itens de consumo, embora não tenha sido utilizado durante a estadia. Não houve nenhum problema durante a hospedagem. Experiência impecável e certamente retornaria outras vezes.
