The location is convenient, but the heavy traffic creates significant noise. Scheduling cleaning a day in advance was inconvenient, and the fixtures were of poor quality. The bathroom layout felt awkward and there was a slight sewer odor.

We have stayed here many times and every time we have some kind of issue. Ac rarely works, showers are always with some kind of issue. This was definitely the last time we stayed. And Charlie, the company who runs the place is just terrible. Customer service is all done online and they are very unhelpful

O check-in foi super tranquilo, porém o apartamento estava muito sujo, incluindo roupa de cama com manchas, toalhas de banho eram finas e duras, não deixaram toalhas de rosto, mesmo eu solicitando na recepção, não foram disponibilizadas, imóvel bem velho, com todo mobiliário velho (frigobar, tv, sofá, etc, tudo muito antigo e em mau estado), vaso sanitário e pia baixos, como antigamente… não voltaria a me hospedar nessa unidade,

O que mais me chamou a atenção foi a prestabilidade e ajuda do Igor que fica na recepção durante o dia, há anos não era tão bem atendida. Foi incrível a recepção, educação e agilidade. Além de tudo aqui ser exatamente como a foto e ter uma localização muito boa.
