The room is clean and spacious. But it is not sound proof. I had to listen to a couple in the next room talking ( in normal volume and making love)to 3am during my last night staying here. It’s nobody’s fault, just infrastructural problems. Staff here is so so nice. Call out to Issac who helped me and my friends with our luggage storage and transport to the airport. The elevator went down for a few minutes on my last day( lucky meee), but they fixed it very quick!

The staff were fantastic!

This was my first time in Brazil, and this hotel truly made the experience fantastic. From the moment I arrived, every staff member at the front desk went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, comfortable, and safe. Their hospitality exceeded my expectations and really made a difference in my stay. The location is also excellent! The neighbourhood offers a wide variety of dining options, from casual bites to diverse cuisines at different price points, all within easy reach. If I return to Brazil for a business trip, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

The Raddison Pinheiros was the perfect hotel for our needs. It is a beautiful new hotel, all of the staff were very nice and very helpful. They served an excellent breakfast. Issac who works at the front desk was very good and particularly helpful.

Housekeeping standard lacking

There was a red stain on the sheet and also the comfortable cover was ripped. I took pictures and showed the front desk staff, they were not overly apologetic. Bed was very stiff, breakfast was no frill and had a good variety.
