The property alone has a high tech Biometric security to enter the building with entries from back/front of building. Main entrance has 2 biometric security doors to get in, just amazing! It’s very close to the Republica Metro station close to a dirty/clean big park, the smells & the massive homeless people in every corner felt unsafe at night time, mornings it’s okay. The studio has a pleasant view of the park. We stayed at 1st level, very high up enough to see the surrounding areas, though wish to have stayed up higher to appreciate the city view per their studio profile pictures. 👍 They do have elevators & WiFi 👍 The Kitchenette has all you need to cook and make an easy meal, but no blender. Very small refrigerator to fit fruits/vegetables & bottle of water. The bathroom is clean but rundown due to the sink and shelf underneath the sink is made out compressed wood & visible to see water damage over time. Electric drying rack does not work but good enough to hold your clean & dirty clothes. The room, bed areas as per shown on the picture profiles matches the description. Small bed extremely comfortable, big bed not so much but the view of nature waking up is great & enjoyed breakfast in the balcony with enough room to relax. The mosquitos were a nightmare & the “dengue’s” alert on the news made the stay uncertain. The bedding needed blankets other than JUST the white sheets provided to us. Small bed had NO BLANKET & used a sheet from big bed to cover my daughter 👎
