Só tenho elogios para estadia, a casa é uma delicia, super funcional, o Matheus anfitrião, de uma gentileza e receptividade incrível, tudo que esta descrito no anuncio e mais um pouco descreve a realidade da propriedade, um quintal bonito espaçoso, sem falar na vista espectacular do rio una, que só vendo pessoalmente mesmo para mensurar o tão incrível que é, eu amei os meus dias e com certeza, voltarei sempre que tiver oportunidade.

Imóvel com cheiro de mofo, baratas, mato e instalações em más condições. O local é bonito, mas o imóvel está mal conservado. Tive uma decepção!!!

Boa Estadia com acertos a fazer

Local muito bom e tranquilo, com muita natureza. Somente que alguns pontos podem melhorar para mais conforto aos hóspedes. 1-camas colchões de melhor qualidade. Os instalados são muito, muito desconfortáveis 2- ter pelo menos uma suíte com cama de casal 3- chuveiros, duchas que saiam água.... os atuais só saem gotas 4-ar condicionado em todos os quartos. 5-atualizar o fogão que é muito antigo e desalinhado 6-deixar bem claro aos hóspedes que tudo deve ser levado, como lençóis, fronhas, toalhas, panos, fósforos, sabonetes, etc.... para não ser pego de surpresa quando chega de viagem cansado e louco para tomar um banho e descansar O resto tudo ok, atendimento cordial e simpático

O descanso.

Todas as informações descritas no site corresponderam. A vizinhança é simpática e receptiva. Um lugar calmo com muito verde. Excelente para quem gosta de pescar. Sugiro que a casa tenha mais panelas e potes com tampa maiores, afinal a casa recebe um grande número de pessoas. Um banheiro fora da casa ajudaria muito principalmente para manter a limpeza nos quartos. Recomendo que só entre no rio quem realmente tiver experiência com nado em águas correntes, pois embora não pareça a correnteza é forte principalmente próximo aos decks. Sem sombra de dúvidas voltaremos muitas vezes.

Um cantinho do paraíso

Quando pesquiso uma casa pra locação no litoral, sempre está nos pré requisitos da família a exigência de que tenha uma piscina, no entanto decidimos arriscar dessa vez e qual foi o grau satisfação? Total! É uma casa simples, sem luxo, mas que atende de maneira plena as nescessidades dos hóspedes com praticidade e atenção total do proprietário Matheus que está sempre online para auxiliar inclusive com informações extras do lugar. O amanhecer e o entardecer podem ser admirados do Jardim da casa com vista pro Rio Una que por várias vezes recebe as águas do mar ecoando o som das ondas que estão logo do outro lado, a passos da areia. Então, pra que piscina?? Hospedar-se nessa casa foi uma experiência sensacional! Meus filhos se divertiram na água doce do rio e nas ondas do mar,

Paisagem espetacular.

Passamos um final de semana maravilhoso! Barra do Una é um lugar incrível, com um por do sol estupendo. A varanda da casa fica de frente com o rio, oferecendo uma vista maravilhosa, onde é possível, fazer um churrasco, jogar cartas, jogos de tabuleiros ou conversa fora. A praia é possível acessar em cinco minutos através de um barquinho a remo (disponível na casa), ou em 20 minutos de caminhada. O proprietário é muito atencioso.
