余りにも合理的？運営経費を節約してるのか 使えもしないサウナをフルタイムで使用出来るかの施設の案内。使えないサウナの画像アップ誤解する。 ユーチューブを見ようとWi-Fiのセットアップは毎回やらなければならない非常に不便で客の目線に全く立っていない。エスコンホテルの名前を使ってるのに日ハムのＣＳ.BSが見れない！何だそれ！っう感じで非常に残念。二度と泊まりたく無いホテルです。

3人て宿泊しました。 ツインにソファーベットがプラスされる事は承知していますが、どこのホテルも３ベッド用意されていました。が、こちらはソファーベットは自分でセッティングする形。部屋の状況から見るとスペースがないのでいたしかたないのですが、チェックインと時にその旨の説明がなかったので、部屋に入り予約間違いだったのでは？とヒヤリとしました。またその時はソファーベット用の寝具一式も無かったのでフロントに確認したかったのに内線が無いためそのフロントへ行き確認しました。フロントとの連絡が取りづらい面はサービスに欠けると思いました

11階のエスコンビュー側。野球を2試合観るためだけに探しました。正直、奮発して押さえたホテルでしたので期待し過ぎたのかもしれませんが、想像以上に狭いです。2日間連泊でしたがタオルも取替えなし。6泊以下は掃除もなし。4階にある受付の所に部屋着や選ぶ余地もないアメニティ等をセルフで持っていく。 チェックイン・アウトは事前にスマホで入力を済ませて行けばどこよりも楽な位でした。 窓の外の離れたエスコンも綺麗でずっと眺めてられました。お掃除の方々は朝バッタリ出会っても無表情で挨拶もされなかったです。少し残念でした。

乾淨明亮舒適，值得一住！！

北廣島位於札幌和千歲中間，北廣島車站出來就是飯店了，地理位置非常好，飯店位於商場樓上，停車1晚1500日圓，停旁邊停車場12小時只要1000日圓。 飯店入住前會寄送填寫入住資料的email，建議先填好入住才不會卡關，現場也有服務人員協助。 備品checkin時自助拿取，飯店雙人房空間很大，乾淨明亮舒適，沐浴乳、洗髮乳和潤髮乳都是高級款，一個晚上2人才NT$1400，非常讚！！

朝食を食べる時、帰った人の食器の片付けが追いついていなくて、次の人の案内に時間がかかっていた。 主人と交代で食べようと思いましたが、余裕を持って8時頃並ぼうと思ったら長蛇の列で、チェックアウトまでに案内＆食べ終わることができないと思い、主人は食べられませんでした。朝食料金を支払っていたのに食べられなくて残念でした。

チェックインがわかりにくかったものの、スタッフの方が親切に対応してくださった。BAZAARの朝食は期待以上で、とても満足しました。急な仕事でBizルームをお借りしたのですが、集中できる環境でとても良かったです。
