Not recommeded for winter travel

The stay was disappointing, especially during winter. The heating system was ineffective, leaving the space cold and uncomfortable. The WiFi was unreliable, and despite contacting support, the response was delayed. Additionally, the bedding failed to provide adequate warmth, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

宿泊施設までの道のりがタクシーの運転手でも解らなくて、辿り着くまで時間を要しました。 施錠の操作も、宿泊当日にメールで送られて来ていた事に気付かず、運営会社に電話をして教えて頂きましたが、出来れば予約完了の時点でメールが届く事を教えて貰いたかったです。入室までの時間もかかってしまい残念です。部屋は綺麗でアメニティも充実してましたが、シャンプーがポンプを押しても出てこず、結局蓋ごと開けて使用しました。 5人宿泊予約でしたが、当日4人の宿泊になってしまいました。でも、正直部屋が狭いです。もし、5人だったら『何処に布団を敷く⁈』と言う状態です。4人でも工夫して寝ました。 運営会社の対応は緊急でも良くて有り難かったのですが、申し訳ありませんが、また宿泊するかとなると『？』ですね。

宿泊までの質問等、早い返信で安心できました。部屋は綺麗で、必要なものは揃っており、不便を感じませんでした。有名なラーメン屋さんのすぐ裏で立地も良いと思います。ビル自体のせいか排水の匂いと、ベットの音が少し気になりましたが、それ以上の快適さでとても満足できました。また宿泊したいと思います。
