一般

工作人员亦服务态度很不错，步行去狸小路挺方便。如果自駕遊的話，要預早同酒店預約車位，高身大車只可以泊open air (酒店旁邊只有4個車位¥1500），細車可泊multi-storey type(¥900). 因為租車公司免費升級車型由細型變大型，酒店open air 車位滿了，要自己在酒店附近自行找car park,最後找到車位，亦都要步行10分鐘再回到酒店！另外不是太近地下車站 ，有多行李又是冬天有雪的時候，不太方便！早餐可以不用選在酒店食！

Cold lobby and bad air in the room

The climate in the room was super bad. Couldn’t open the window and there were no circulation on in the room. I turned on the aircon and it made it a bit better but then it started increasing the temperature. It was locked so that I couldn’t turn it down to cool the room. Both before and after my stay I had to wait in the lobby and it was freezing cold. Breakfast was only Japanese - rise, fish and soup for breakfast. Fair enough but not my cup of tea.

Staying 2 nights in this hotel and the location is very convenience and strategically located nearby to Susukino, about 15 min by foot. There is a Lawson just right in front of the main entrance and also there is a famous ramen shop on the opposite side of the building. Room was clean, however, there will be no cleaning services if your stay is longer than 2 nights. Overall, I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit to Sapporo.

The facility at this hotel very poor. We used to send our luggage through yamato whenever we are going to japan, but this hotel cannot send our luggage to another hotel. The receptionist insist that we must send the luggage by ourself. Very poor facility, how could this hotel didn't have luggage delivery facility??

Typical hotel. Everything is good, functional, no real complaints. The overall appearance is a little outdated, but again the rooms are good. Breakfast on the second floor is great with a different dish each morning. The restaurant on the first floor/lobby area has good lunch and dinner options. Reasonable walking distance to Susukino Street and surrounding downtown area. Has a Lawson store across the street. Has a great ramen place also across the street on the other side of the hotel. Overall a good hotel in a great location.
