Nice place, poor communication

After multiple phone calls the hotel never picked up, or responded to the WhatsApp number. This was particularly annoying because they never sent us the room code leaving us unable to get into the room for over two hours. Once they called us back we were able to get into the room, which clean and exactly as advertised.

The property manager make a double booking to the room eventhough we already book 1 month in advance before check in and the other party only book 2 days before check in. The instruction given to resolve the issue is confusing and has caused great inconvenience. The room given later is much smaller.

アパートメント（布団2組・701号室）に宿泊しました。 キッチンや洗濯機付きという点は家族連れには便利そうでした。 しかし、施設全体の衛生管理に大きな問題を感じました。 特に洗濯機から発生する非常に強いカビ臭がチェックイン直後から部屋全体に広がり、換気を続けても全く取れませんでした。 さらに、エレベーター内にも強いゴミ臭があり、建物に入った瞬間から不快でした。 子ども連れには特に厳しい環境で、清掃・管理体制に不安を感じます。 臭いに敏感な方や清潔さを重視される方には、通常のホテルの利用を強くおすすめします。

お部屋は清潔でした。 タオル、歯ブラシ、ドライヤーがあって、冷蔵庫と洗濯機がついていて、十分な設備です。照明のリモコンがあったのが嬉しかったです。飛行機の欠便で急遽予約をさせていただきましたが迅速なご対応をいただきすごく助かりました。ありがとうございました！

ライブ後の宿泊に利用。床のゴミが少し気になったが、格安で寝るためだけに利用するつもりで行ったので充分だった。高額のホテルに泊まるよりコスパがよく満足。事前にヒーターが入っていたのもありがたかった。

良： ・駅～スーパー&コンビニ～宿の立地 ・過度なサービスはないがお値段考えるととても良い ・問い合わせに細かく応えてくれる 悪： ・Wi-Fiがない ・タオル交換なしは認識していたので問題ないが、タオルを干したりする場所がなかった ・基本的には清潔だが、エントランスやエレベーターはやや異臭(古い雑居ビル等のにおい/ただし部屋はほぼ問題なし)と、例えばカーテンレールの中にカビ、換気扇に埃など細かいところの汚れあり ・トイレ、ウォシュレット付だと嬉しかった…あと、若干トイレの流れが悪いかも ・棚類の開閉に割と力がいる その他： ・エアコンなしで不安だったが、8月上旬の盛夏でも窓を開けて扇風機で涼しく過ごせた ・シャワーの勢いが凄い ・スーパーやコンビニで買い物して帰るなら6番出口(区役所側)、買い物不要なら7番出口が便利
