We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Sapporo Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
The hotel is in a very convenient location, making it easy to explore Sapporo and get around the city. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, providing a perfect place to relax after a full day of sightseeing.
We also appreciated the attention to detail and the overall quality of the hotel. Everything was seamless, from check-in to check-out, and the hospitality truly stood out.
