Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Very dated hotel. Like walking back jn 1999 when i first went to Japan. I wouldnt call this a 4 star hotel by any means. But room with 2 beds that we had was spacious as advertised.

I really enjoyed my stay very much. It was a central location. Everything is a walking distance. All the hotel staffs are professional and very welcoming. I would highly recommended it to everyone visiting Sapporo.

My room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the Sapporo skyline. The spa is great, too, and pairs with a beautiful lounging area. The hotel has a western aesthetic but it's a Japanese take on a western aesthetic which I think is kind of unique.
