Very Friendly and helpful. Loan of a travel buddy while a guest(like a mobile phone but better) First greeting was with free coffee while we sat down and checked in. Everyone always had time to chat. Position was easy to find. Would recommend and would go back there.

Nice place to stay.
Pros:Location, condition, modern style
When we arrived one if us had an urgent medical issue in reception while they were checking other guests in. They did very well under the circumstances and were very understanding and helpful, while not neglecting the others checking in at the same time.
The rooms and modern style of the hotel are superb. The location is a short walk from the city centre.
The breakfast is very delicious and interesting. The only minor issue we had on 2 out of 3 nights was mistakes in getting the correct breakfast to our doors. One morning it was missing and the other it was 1 breakfast for 2 people.
The warm apple cider welcome drink is delicious. Ive been inspired to cook this at home since we returned.
