Large living area with vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, and a spacious sectional couch and large sitting chair! Room for everyone! Flat screen TV's in both bedrooms. Spacious, private and cozy lanai. Full size washer/dryer. One car garage.

Great location!

Enjoyed the neighborhood — condo is very nice— a few suggestions— toilets are older—new toilet seats would be nice—add hand towel rack/fixture in the bathroom sink areas—more or better lighting in the family room— more steak knives and cocktail glasses—larger beach towels and really nice beach chairs would make this a five star! It really is a nice condo--especially enjoyed the lanai.
