The house was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet & we really enjoyed the pool. The beds were soft & comfortable. Bathrooms were spacious & super clean. The kitchen had plenty of dishes & utensils & a regular drip coffee pot, which was great for brewing a full pot instead of one cup at a time. The kitchen & dining room floors & the kitchen cabinets are showing some wear & unfortunately that diminishes the overall impression. Although we visited beautiful Siesta Key beach, the pool was icing on the cake for our trip. It's large & sparkling clean. We paid to have the heater on & it was worth every dollar. The weather was sunny but cool & we would not have been able to use the pool without the heater. It was glorious floating in the pool. The pool cage keeps bugs & leaves away, making it even more enjoyable. We brought our dog with us & walked her in the fenced yard & in the neighborhood. The neighborhood is quiet & safe. Lots of dead-end streets & cul de sacs, which limits traffic. Parking is tight - not a problem for us but be aware that there's no street parking & the driveway short & narrow. The management company was extremely responsive. They were always available & answered every question quickly. The neighborhood is about 15 minutes from Siesta Key beach & 30 minutes from St. Armand's Circle. It's a great location- close to everything & less pricey than renting on the beach. We would rent the house again. It was a very good experience.
