Our Cottage is on Whitaker Bayou minutes from Sarasota Main St. downtown

Adorable Canal Front "Fisherman's Cottage" is located in old Sarasota. Newly remodeled three bedroom/2 bathroom house just north of downtown and walking distance to Ringling College. Enjoy kayaking and paddle boarding (rentals available) onto Sarasota Bay right outside the backyard. Fully stocked house for short-term renters with linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, paper goods, and starter coffee/tea/creamers. Bring your clothes and toothbrush only! Please note this home is on a quiet residential street, so it is not an appropriate rental if you like to stay outside talking late into the night (10 pm is city ordinance for quiet enjoyment).
Please Note***All touch surfaces and floors are being cleaned with an EPA List N sanitizer. ALL sheets, comforters, blankets, towels, bathroom mats, floor mats, seat covers, mattresses, and waterproof pillowcase covers are machine-washed in hot water between EACH stay. We also provide all NEW toiletries (hand/body soap/shampoo/conditioner), tissue boxes, lotion, dish soap, sponge, and salt/pepper - everything unopened and unused.

We loved our stay at the cottage. It was sparkling clean and very cute inside. It was very well-equiped and fully stocked with kitchen supplies, bedding, books, games, and beach items. Our favorite part was the beautiful backyard; we loved spending time hanging out there. It is in a very central location and close to great restaurants and shopping in downtown Sarasota.
