I reserved a room with 2 queen beds. Upon receiving the room and using the shower, there were 2 options - scalding hot or cold. We immediately notified the agent at the front desk who said that he was aware of the problem as guests had complained of the same problem earlier. (Why we were given this room if they were aware of the problem is beyond me). We were then given a king room, as there were no double queen rooms available. The king room was significantly smaller and located next to the back door, where guests entered and exited until very late and early in the morning. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

I’ll start with the positive and the room was a good size and clean.However, there weren’t enough towels in the room for the number of occupants - didn’t realise til I got out the shower! Breakfast was a scramble with nowhere to sit and many things had run out- basics like milk & cereal! There also wasn’t sufficient cutlery! Staff on duty didn’t care less & was reluctant to help! It was a shame as staff at check in were lovely!

The room is next to the utility room. It was noisy during night sleeping time. It’s said a beverage for 2 adults but none was received. The phone was unplugged. Had to go to the front desk to ask a blanket. The bath tub was not so clean. The room is out of date. Sometimes some staff may laugh very loudly.

Disappointed in the stay overall. Check-in was fine but got to the room and the AC didn’t work. Got moved to another room that didn’t have the amount of beds needed. They said it should be fine for just 2 people since we didn’t tell them we had kids with us. We don’t believe that matters as they don’t need that info and we should be able to stay in the room we paid for. If for some reason that too isn’t avail, we shouod receive a refund. With in being later at night, we didn’t have the option of leaving to book a difference hotel. Sheets were damp and pull out bed had hair and crumbs on it, as well as no additional sheets or blankets in the spare sheet bag. Won’t be staying at this location again. Unfortunate. They started that would tell maintenance about the AC but we ran into the maintenance person and after chatting, he was unaware of the issue.
