Receptionist was knowledgeable, friendly and profesional. The room was implacably clean and the Tiki bar was a 10. New furniture in the rooms and the grounds were well maintained. Still going through a major renovation.

The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. They took $150 security deposit but returned it quickly, which was a relief. It is in a busy area so it’s not real quiet, but it is very comfortable. We recommend it for a quick stop over.

For a nights stay within this price range I give it a 9 out of 10. The only disappointment was the mattress. Not very comfortable. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was friendly, room was spacious and clean, with nice amenities of a keurig, refrigerator and soaps/shampoo etc. Pool looked inviting and had a happening tiki bar on premises. Only thing that would have made it better was if there was a continental breakfast offered.

Fine hotel in Sarasota, FL

Very nice, non-chain hotel. A little bit older, but clean, safe, and quiet. A nice hotel for a night or two in Sarasota.

Clean, convenient, staff was greay and friendly. Bed was comfortable was mot a fan of the bed frame though. Every time my hubby or I rolled over it squeaked got woken up a lot from the sound. Frame was on top of wooden pedestal
