The motel was fairly empty, which is never a good sign around Christmas time. The place was clean and comfortable. However, it was thin on amenities. We were told that hot tub was broken at check in and would not be operable. The one reason we picked it so we could hang in tub. The shower head is a paradox—head is size of a dinner plate yet it produced smallest amount of water. Not sure how possible. The price was low so what did expect. With some love and care, this motel could sparkle.

The initial room that we checked in into was very dirty with a refrigerator that still had leftover food in it. The room also had a very disgusting smell that signified the room has not been cleaned properly. Breakfast had minimal food, and every single time I went to breakfast, I was monitored over by the staff of how much food I was taking. There were only two towels provided and no toiletries. The pool was not heated at all.And the hot top was barely warm and did not turn on after pressing the button.

The room was visably dusty and we also turned on the heater. Bothered my asthma and gave evryone stuffy noses. Toliet was slow to flush, toilet paper holder loose as was the soap dispenser. Very clean, very friendly staff who made sure our room was close to the hot tub which was a reason we'd booked the hotel in the first place, a nice area for continental breakfast, we felt it was a really great value for the affordable price. The hot tub and pool area was peaceful and so nice, clean and perfect temperatures!

I was in a room on the ground level with no view, just the parking lot. I didn't use the pool and the restaurant was out of business. It was okay for a one night stay, would not stay again.

Room was simply out dated but I understand it’s an old hotel it’s a nice place otherwise but unfortunately, when I went to take a shower, the water coming out of the faucet was just brown, so I wouldn’t even take a shower in the room. Honestly, just sad. 😢

I selected a room that was the "motel" part of the complex. Totally my fault.. The room was clean, the beds very comfortable. Having folks parking right outside our door was a little disconcerting, but again, my fault. More towels would be nice. The breakfast was good. The office staff polite and welcoming. We did not use the pool/spa. Will definitely stay there again. Very convenient location.
