The villa outside has a garden with synthetic lawn, a parking space, space for outdoor dining in the shade with table and chairs, outdoor shower, laundry corner with washing machine and sink, brick barbecue for outdoor roasting.
Inside the house is composed of a comfortable living room with flat-screen satellite TV, a sofa with peninsula, kitchenette with microwave oven, extendable table, 2 large double bedrooms with third bed and a complete bathroom with hydromassage shower.
The house is complete with bed linen and towels for each guest, dishes, cutlery and glasses, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, pellet stove, drying rack ...
It is also given free of charge, for guests' use, a beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs.

Upon delivery of the keys, a contract will be signed to further protect the parties, with house and contractor data, length of stay, etc.
