Incrível conexão com a natureza. Ambiente limpo e muito agradável.Os quartos superiores são mais confortáveis e proporcionam uma vista incrível. O ambiente é limitado a parte interna da propriedade, não tem pra onde ir. A praia é de maré, boa pra passear sobre a área, já para banho não. Contudo a piscina é muito boa. O único restaurante é dentro da propriedade e tem poucas opções, porém atende a necessidade básica. O bar é agradável

Minha pior experiência em hospedagem!

Minha pior experiência em hospedagem! Fomos hospedados no quarto 43 (térreo), onde iniciaram os problemas. Quando chove este quarto alaga, está no mesmo nível do solo e a água entra para dentro do quarto. O sinal Wi-fi não funciona e fiquei a hospedagem inteira sem Internet. A TV também não funciona. Não tinha água quente no chuveiro. Solicitei a mudança de quarto e, pelo menos, fui atendido. Mas não acaba por aí, esse hotel oferece o pior serviço e cardápio que já vi. Poucas opções e uma eternidade para a cozinha entregar o pedido. Pedi uma batata frita e 1 h depois vieram me informar que não tinha óleo. Solicitei que trocassem por um simples misto quente (R$15) e, mais 1 h depois, tiveram a coragem de entregar um pão fatiado envelhecido com presunto e queijo frios!!! Nem um cachorro comeria aquilo, devolvi na hora!!! Outros pontos negativos é que o café da manhã inicia as 8 h e a praia em frente não é adequada para banho.Não recomendo a ninguém.

Atendimento bom, mas, falta melhorar e muito a estrutura fisica toda, principalmente, quanto ao local para a praia, onde os visitantes apreciem a beira bar que fica defronte ao local. Tem que ter serviço diário de limpeza nos apartamentos, restaurante self service tanto pro almoço quanto para o jantar com maior variedades de comidas aos hóspedes. Interfone dos apartamentos para a recepção e vice versa. Toda mudança que irá beneficiar aos hóspedes e visitantes.

É vendido como “resort” mas sequer disponibiliza toalhas na piscina. Na área da piscina, me proibiram de beber minha própria bebida, me obrigando a consumir o que era vendido no bar, o que constitui venda casada. O atendimento da equipe é excelente, mas seria melhor classificado como uma pousada, não um resort.

Estadia maravilhosa !

Pontos positivos: A pousada é linda, aconchegante, o quarto é rústico, limpo, cheiroso, com o diferencial de um dispenser com sabonete líquido, shampoo e condicionador. Os funcionários muito educados e prestativos. Iago e Mila da recepção, nota mil. Pessoal da cozinha arrasa, tudo muito delicioso. Piscina maravilhosa ! Café da manhã , simples, porém não deixou a desejar. Pontos de melhoria. Fica como sugestão, ampliação do cardápio , pois contém poucas opções de petiscos/ almoço. A cozinha fecha às 20:00h o que dificulta um pouco a alimentação. Os preços de alguns pratos, tem um valor elevado .

A estrutura é otima. Excelente. A facilidade de ir a pé a praia também. A praia é quase que privativa. Precisa melhorar muito o café da manhã. Serve o básico do básico. O fato de existir um restaurante no hotel é ótimo e cômodo. Porém além da demora de servir, a comida estava vindo muito oleosa. Destaque positivo para os funcionários. Sempre prestativos, anetnciosos e cordiais.
