It All Worked Out - Thank you Sam!!
The check in process was absolutely terrible. We arrived at the property at 5:20pm. Both door codes for front & back were not correct. We called & left messages on the emergency numbers provided by the property manager. No one called us back. Thank goodness Sam an attorney from upstairs of the property came down to leave for the day. His family owns the property. Sam immediately called Wendy the property manager to address the situation on our behalf. She answered his call (same number we used) on the first ring. He tried the codes she provided with no luck. Finally he was able to provide us with accurate info to gain access to the property. If Sam had not some down to leave I am not sure we would have done. Horrible management company. The silverling is the property is beautiful inside & close to everything we wanted to do.
