The house was perfect for what we needed. The reason for the 4/5 is the front door was extremely difficult to get open. We ended up having to use the back door to get in. Also I did not realize how long the hot tub takes to heat up so we didn’t get to use it because it took too long to warm up.

The house was very clean. The bathroom was very thoughtfully stocked. It was great to find plenty of laundry and dishwasher detergent. The beds were comfortable and all of the linens were good quality. The location was even better than we realized with a nice Kroger approximately 3 blocks away and Forsyth Park was an easy 10 min walk. Parking was no trouble at all, day or night.

We had a amazing time. Everything listed in reviews was fixed. Nice seats outside, net for the hot tub. The house is perfect for 4, and a 8 min walk to the park and 20 min walk to the river with plenty to see between. We got snowed in and the house offered everything we needed to have a great dinner inside. We left extra games for future guest! Only thing I would change is the beds are a little firm. That's nothing to dull my experience though. The host was very responsive and kind! We will be back!

The host was amazing from communication to preparation of the house! Nicoll st is off of price st which takes you straight to river st. Also if you go 2 blocks left and 6 blocks left of price st you can walk straight through the parks to river st. With all that being said this house is in the perfect location for everything and in walking distance! Parking was super easy right in front of the house!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property or its owners! It’s so comfy, conveniently located, and thoughtfully laid out. Communication with the hosts was a breeze. They included little extras that really made for a comfy stay. This is a perfect pick for a small family or a girls trip. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Listing was very accurate, the home was very comfortable with thoughtful extras available too. I was thankful to always have parking in front of the home. I was grateful for spot-on communication from our host too. I didn’t work with the hot tub much but couldn’t get it to warm up. I think if l would have tried & asked the host, we would have figured it out. Too busy during our stay though. Front bedroom quiet to sleep well in, but daughter was not able to sleep well because neighbors were loud in the back. Not sure if just a weekend thing, or they were renting also but lack of sleep for my teenage daughter understood when l was up at 2am & heard the loud socializing. All day seemed to be quiet & peaceful though. The house suited our needs for the weekend very well!

Host was very friendly and quick to respond. The home was decorated nicely with a cozy vibe. Also came with lots of complementary items for added convinces such as toiletries, wine, snacks and specialty coffee. We did not get to use the hot tub during our stay due to weather wish there had been some sort of cover so we could have had that option. And I do feel like the outside sitting area needs more attention chairs need to be pressure washed so one can sit down without getting their clothes dirty and hot tub had leaves in it with no net provided to scoop them out. Also that tiny Dollar General grill most definitely needs to be upgraded All n all Joey was a pleasure to deal with and the house itself was comfy and I would stay again.

The location was excellent for closeness to the riverwalk, the art school and the hockey/music venue. It is an old home that has been renovated by amateurs; and the pictures do it a lot of justice. It doesn’t quite meet the standard of most VRBOs, but the price and the location made up for it. Additionally, host was very helpful and quick to reply.
