Wonderful location, but I wouldn’t go again. The code they sent me was missing a key and the towel in my room had huge holes in it. The room also smelled strange. However, it was clean and a five minute walk from anything.

The best part of this property was the location. It was super conveniently located in downtown Savannah. HOWEVER, every other aspect of this stay was beyond annoying. The check-in information was never sent. After contacting Expedia and the property manager numerous times I finally got access at 9 pm (check in was 4 pm). There is no front desk so everything is access coded smart locks. As if that wasn’t excruciating enough the building itself smelt bad, the floors in the studio were dirty, the bed sheets were dirty, and the paper thin walls allowed us to hear the next door neighbors open every kitchen cabinet and drawer at 2 AM…. Would not recommend staying here. Spend the extra money for an actual hotel down the street.

My staff was no better than a two-star hotel. The unit was nice until I used the restroom. I was unable to watch local channels on the television. The lady that was having a fight with her companion in the hallway for 30 minutes at 2:00 am was really scary and disappointing.

Other reviewers are correct - your ability to control the temperature in the room is severely limited, which makes a mid-July stay less than comfortable. Halfway through our stay, guests in adjoining room became so loud we had to contact the (off-site) management.
