About this property

New Build Rooftop Pool | Ocean View | Near Beach

Swim to the edge of a heated rooftop infinity pool and watch the Pacific stretch to the horizon. Attalea 304 is a brand new one bedroom on Sayulita's quiet North Side, a 7 minute walk to the beach, the surf break, and the best tacos in town. Cook real meals in a full kitchen, work on 1 Gbps fiber WiFi, and sleep in behind blackout shades. Built for couples who want a real reset.

✔ Heated rooftop infinity pool with open Pacific views, shared with the building
✔ 1 Gbps fiber WiFi and a dedicated workspace
✔ Full kitchen for real cooking, not a hot plate
✔ In-unit washer and dryer, plus unlimited purified water
✔ Premium US queen bed, split AC, blackout shades
✔ Rooftop BBQ, outdoor kitchen, and yoga space
✔ Quiet North Side, 7 minute walk to the beach

Mornings start slow here. Coffee on your balcony, a stretch on the rooftop before town wakes up, then a swim with the whole Pacific in front of you.

The rooftop is why people book. The heated infinity pool sits right at the edge of the building, so the water seems to run straight into the ocean. Grill dinner at the BBQ and stay for the sunset.

Inside, everything is new: a real kitchen for cooking what you find at the market, a proper desk and fiber WiFi for work days, and blackout shades so you actually sleep in.

The North Side is Sayulita's quiet side, with cooler breezes and better views than the busy center. The beach, the surf, ceviche, and mezcal are still just a 7 minute walk away.
