The Georgian bay window looks out over parkland towards the centre of town and affords the most delightful views over Scarborough particularly in the evening sun.
It is located a short walk into the centre of town and the railway station and just around thee corner from the local shops on Ramshill Road which provide a number of convenience stores including a Sainsbury's, a number of takeaways including a Pizza Hut, butchers, bakers and chemists.
