The Ayres Hotel was easy to find with easy access, both arriving and departing. The staff were absolutely helpful, polite, friendly, and observant. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and we ate out in the beautiful sun-filled courtyard. The room was spotless. Excellent signage ... easy to find elevators, room numbers, and stairs. As a person with allergies, I really appreciated the no pets rule. There are many places that are pet-friendly, but I am always super impressed when I don't have any allergy problems at all during a stay! I recommend this hotel, and will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

The rooms location was awful . Noisey hearing traffic. I had to wait for another room and was told i would have to pay $20 upgrade. Then the sheets smelled awful. The water pressure in the shower was horrible. Staff was nice and the breakfast is always a plus.

I always enjoy my stay at this hotel. It is always clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good and the staff are very friendly. Parking is easy and the location is really convenient.
