I paid $131 in a reservation when I arrived at the property the property was under construction and there was no one to check me in. I ended up having to sleep in my car. Customer service on the phone was horrid and I was denied a refund despite the fact that I never got to stay in the room that I reserved. Seems very scamming to me.

The outside is ran down and not very inviting but some effort was put into the design of the room. Three beds?! This worked out super great and even better for the price. I drove 14 hours today. Find closest hotel to me and book online. I get to hotel and it’s closed. No one at office. I call all numbers. I talk to chat agent. Ask for pics and no one believes me!!! I’ve been a Travelocity member for 10 plus years!!!! Book 3 to 4 times monthly! Over the poor handling of a $49 booking you lost me as a member! I’ve uninstalled the app. Next time train your agents to look at member history!!! Never 1 time on all these years a single complaint. They should be easy to see!!! Do better and believe your members!!!!!!

Showed up for the reserved room only to find the hotel was completely shut down. I called OYO to report the issue. They told me to wait at the property until someone showed up to let me in. The only problem with that was, the place was closed due to remodeling. I asked for a refund since the place was closed. I didn't receive a response until Monday saying the reservation was non refundable. I don't feel this is fair since it was not my fault the hotel was not open.
