Clean, AC, private outdoor area.  Sleeps 4. 1 full size, 1 bunk bed with lower futon. 2 Beach tags included. NO LINENS/TOWELS PROVIDED you must bring these. Plenty of blankets and pillows. This is a non-smoking home.  PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE WITH MORE THAN 4 PEOPLE. House parties, underage drinking, attempting to overcrowd the home will result in immediate removal. No longer renting to groups under 25. Please use calendar to see if nights are open. One parking space provided.

Nice private bungalow

The place was great a few blocks from the boardwalk and we'll kept. Perfect place for a couple and a dog. Jim was great and the place was quiet and private. I would stay there again for sure.

Nice cottage, close to the beach and boardwalk. The gated sitting area in front was a great feature as well.

Make sure you know what to bring

The place was cute and the location was great. The outdoor space was great. Everything was exactly where they said it would be. However, I got my check in instructions the day before and with tying up loose ends with work and getting my family ready, I didn’t have a chance to really read the instructions before we left. Please note that this place does not have bath towels or sheets for the beds. It is also not very clean. There was sand in one of the beds and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. We made the most of it and enjoyed our stay but I would not go back to that location again.

Fun at the Bungalow

We enjoyed our two night stay at this cute property. It was perfect for my husband and two children (ages 7 & 9). We walked to restaurants and boardwalk both days. The outdoor space was private and comfortable. There was a small coffee both and keurig! I highly recommend!

Exactly what we needed and a wonderful host!

Located w few blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Clean property with all you need including a great patio w a BBQ. Can't say enough about the host and how accommodating he was. So very kind and went above and beyond my expectations! We will definitely be renting from him again. If you need a place for a small group, look no further. This is it.

Place was ok for a short stay but found some hairs and dirt around, and the bunkbed mattresses were so thin you could feel springs on your back. There was no soap, towels, sheets, or basic things like salt and pepper. Bathroom door squeaked really loudly. Again, it was fine but didn’t really feel like a place that is well tended or that you wanted to spend much time.

What I didn't understand at the time of the booking was that I'd be staying in the building behind the one pictured. Was very grateful the people staying in the pictured building understood that! The rental is tiny, but sufficient and clean. The courtyard right outside the doorway is adorable and well taken care of. It rained my entire stay! Will have to book again to enjoy it!

Seaside getaway

We arrived and were able to access the property with no problem at all. We enjoyed our stay in this rental (we were there for the weekend) It was exactly what the listing said. It was very clean and close enough to the boardwalk and restaurants to walk to.
