While I enjoyed my stay & prefer this hotel to other options in seaside, there’s definitely room for improvement. The TV’s in the room are extremely outdated. I stayed in the “nicest” room they offer, & there was a giant split across the ceiling from water damage. The bathroom had not been properly cleaned & was covered in previous guests hair, & their HVAC system is outdated & does not properly moderate room temperature. At the prices they’re charging to stay there, they can definitely afford to upgrade.

comfortable kitchenette/suite with nice view and balcony with seats and table. Very clean and well kept with kitchenette tools, utensils and microwave and toaster. Good cofee and tea ! Fireplace was pretty t but not sure if it was suppose to put out warmth (it did not). Public hot tub and fitness room. The equipment in fitness room should have some clearer operation instructions. Staff were pleasant and helpfuul answering our questions. Good Refreshments for purchase available right near front desk.

We had partial ocean view and it didn't disappoint. The pool is a good time and the hotel is a close walk to the beach and shops which is a plus when you have little ones.

The room was much smaller than it appeared/was advertised. I never would have reserved four nights for a family of three had I known the tiny size. It was LOUD. We were near the pool and the slamming door, screaming kids next door and barking dogs kept us up for two nights in a row. I could hear entire conversations through the vents. The cleaning staff did a great job, but the room was incredibly run down and didn’t appear very clean. The hot tub was full of floating hair and other grossness. The pool was freezing.
