We have stayed in one of these units before and we were drawn back due to the low price and location! It is only a few blocks from the promenade. The room was immaculate! Super comfy bed, plenty of clean towels, a little fireplace that comes on when the thermostat is set to heat, everything you would need in the little kitchenette including a Keurig. Highly recommend renting from any of these units!

Sea Glass was on a very quiet street and easy walking distance to the core of town. The host was very fast about replying to questions. We were able to cook meals although the kitchen was quite small. Showers and hot water was great did not have to wait between people showering. We enjoyed our stay and if available we would not hesitate to stay again.

Cozy room that met my needs.

Stayed solo 4 nights for the peerpocalypse event. The room met my needs but was set up a little awkward and there was quite a bit of dust on the rafters, pipes and fan. I didnt realize I was supposed to wash my dishes before I left either. I had assumed i would've been closer to the beach as well but still only a block or two from it. Super close to the convention center tho! 3 min walk made it easy to sleep in :) Sadly, I didn't check out the lobby as I was confused about where it was.

Room was decorated really cute, but there was no air conditioning, so the room was really stuffy and muggy. The window screen was broken, so we couldn't open it to let fresh air in. Bathroom fan was also broken and there were cobwebs and dust on the rafters. I told the owners and they tried to address the issues they could take care of right then and there. In the end, we could not get comfortable in the room, so we cut our stay short and just stayed one night instead of 3. The owners gave us a partial refund, so we really appreciated that. I know they will take care of the issues and make it a better stay for the next guests.
