The Commons at Seaside are the perfect combination of fun and relaxation. Our vacation homes are located on the beautiful Mill Pond in Seaside, OR. where you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of the morning sunrise over the pond and walk to the hustle and bustle of the Seaside Promenade. Each of the 24 homes in The Commons has two king en-suite bedrooms and is equipped with a full yet compact kitchen. All homes have indoor fireplaces and smart TVs to stream your favorite programs and WiFi. Every guest at The Commons is able to join others in the common area for a pick-up corn hole game or to relax by the outdoor fire pits. Our pool and spa building is still under construction.

Great Stay at the Coast
On short notice, we found this property and the entire experience was top notch. The home was in perfect condition and the pond view was amazing! We even got to enjoy the northern lights that night! Thank you for a great experience!

Amazingly beautiful
I don’t usually leave reviews but I think this place deserves to have one.. it’s by far the most comfortable place we’ve ever been too, the place is clean, so modern love it! The place is quiet and just relaxing, my family and I will come back again in 3 months.. highly highly recommended it!

Our Seaside Vacation
Our stay was amazing! The home we stayed in was clean and everything was in wonderful condition! We had everything we needed to cook meals after long days at the beach, and the beds and seating areas were really comfortable! We also enjoyed sitting on the back deck with a fire overlooking the lake. The only thing we didn’t care for (which I don’t fault the property owners for) was the amount of foot tragic and homeless people walking behind the property while we were sitting outside. There was quite a bit of disruption, but it didn’t ruin our stay. We were just aware of not leaving things outside and keeping the curtains shut at night. We would definitely stay again as we had one of the best family vacations we’ve had in a while!

Brand new homes.
My husband had a hard time getting in, we had to have someone come help us. She was great, and quick to respond. The couch in the living room was way too hard, not comfortable at all. The bedrooms beds were also too hard to sleep on. Very well decorated, but to us comfort is the most important thing. Thank you Veronica Servatius
