Check in was easy, the host was friendly and very quick to reply. Check out was just as simple. Space is much smaller in person than the pictures illustrate, but worked for us. Despite the listing allowing for children to stay, we found other occupants in the building to be less than happy with kids in the pool or the courtyard. The building cleaners in particular were very vocal about wet footsteps left on the ground by the pool…hard to avoid if you need to use the washroom during swim time. This isn’t anything to do with the unit specifically, but impacted our experience with our kids. Location is amazing, lots of great restaurants (that offer take out) and a lovely bakery/coffee shop right next door. I would definitely book again for adults.

This is a beautiful property in a great location we enjoyed very much and will return again. Only negatives were no air conditioner in bedrooms. There were fans and it cooled off at night enough to sleep. Host was very helpful and response was great. The Italian Restaurant downstairs was awesome!

This place is disgusting! For the amount we paid I am extremely disappointed. Your pictures and description are very misleading!! Not exactly a “penthouse.” There is no AC upstairs. The TV upstairs doesn’t work. The microwave doesn’t work. The furniture is dilapidated and worn! The carpet is stained and buckled. Bathroom is stained and very dated. I’m attaching photos.

The hot tub was broken and lots of construction happening on the property. I was Told there would be a control to help the air conditioning circulate but there was only one portable unit in the living room and the upstairs was unbearable. Only one window upstairs opened bc it looked like there was previously another ac unit in the other window but it wasn’t there. We had to sleep in the living room 3 of the nights. The upstairs tv was not working but not a big deal bc we didn’t spend much time up there. Location was great and having laundry in the unit was very helpful. I would definitely stay again just not in the summer

Property was fine but could use some freshening up. Dishwasher drain needs cleaning; atrocious smell coming from it. 2nd floor shower head leaks; needs Teflon tape on threads to seal. This place also gets hot and the single ac in living room doesn't give much relief. That being said, had all amenities in working order. Convenient parking, gym and pool access great

Loft combo in Belltown

Overall, the condo is great. Excellent location, secure parking, spa and pool, safe and convenient. It’s well appointed with comfortable beds, clean and fully equipped kitchen, and en-suite laundry. It’s bright and airy with a lot of paintings. However, we could only give it four stars as much maintenance is needed: burned out lightbulbs, loose handles on bathroom tap, wobbly chairs (easily remedied with simple tools), loose carpeting. It’s nothing major or expat, but a few hours of work would make everything safer and more functional.

Good location - not great property

The location of the property and the view were great. However, the property hadn’t been cleaned properly, still half used food in the fridge and it hadn’t been cleaned. There was used filter coffee in the coffee machine. A lot of the furniture has already fallen to bits where the rest is on its way. The TV’s don’t work, the air con doesn’t work and we had to repair the pipe in the upstairs bedroom temp air con to get any kind of cooling. The hot water doesn’t always work and when we reported it we were told that the breakers have tripped and it’ll be back on soon. They failed to say they were going to enter the apartment which came as a shock to us. Overall not worth the money spent and we will be looking for at least a refund of the cleaning fee.

I really wanted to be able to rate this rental well because we did enjoy a lot of aspects of our trip but there were some oversights in the check out process and with cleaning that ended up making for some unpleasant experiences. The good: the view and pool access. The bad: the floor was sticky and the table and chairs had crumbs and food remnants still on them. Also near a rougher area of town but close to Seattle Center and the Waterfront so it was okay. The check in process was a little complicated and the keys are poorly cut so it’s actually kind of hard to get in the door. It also just missed those personal touches of recommendations etc that you expect with a rental. The ugly: due to an oversight in the very minimal instructions for check out, which requires you to leave the key and garage fob inside the rental, we were trapped in the parking garage for 20 minutes with no way out (with a car full of luggage and two displeased toddlers). I would have probably given a three star review except for this major unpleasant experience. I really wish these things were resolved because this rental has so much potential!!

Perfect location for exploring on foot and easy to access by car.

This condo was a great fit for 3 adults. The pullout couch is badly stained and should be replaced but we survived using it. The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot. You can walk to all the major spots. Lots of great restaurants in the area. It is older and showing wear in the carpets especially but we were on the go nonstop and it served us well. We each had plenty of space. The underground parking was great! We needed lightbulbs replaced and it was easy to reach out and they were fixed in quickly.
